Michelle has 16 years’ global leadership experience in both agency and publisher side. She has been Head of Custom Content at Bauer Media Australia and VP, Head of Content & Social at Hearst/iCrossing in New York.
In addition, she has led Brand Partnerships divisions in top media agencies such as Mediabrands and Mediacom. Michelle has worked with some of the biggest brands globally, such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Target, and Unilever.
She recently launched her own marketing consultancy Xtrordinate where she worked with early-stage companies to help them stand out and grow their brand.
With her background in strategy and content, she has an audience-first content-led approach designed to help brands find their relevant story and build deeper connections with their customers.
